This online store is designed and maintained by Bella Coil Designs. This is a new site and system, we are no longer working with the developers of the older cart at Warner Media Group and the providers of those services. Aside from limited stock on hand, all of the new shirts are produced by Mohawk Nick.

A small number of shirts from the previous site came back undeliverable, if you ordered a shirt or merch from the previous site and did not receive it please contact lithiumpicnic at gmail dot com with your order information, address and full name and we'll get things sorted out as soon as possible.

The purpose of this site is to raise money for legal fees and the development of new merch (and sales).

The physical studio in Texas and photographer Philip Warner’s home are contracted for sale with and agent and currently listed on the MLS.

Though over $22,000 has been paid in legal expenses to date, over $24,000 is still owed in legal fees to attorneys.

An Oregon Judge recently awarded Warner's attorneys a $24,000 judgement and lien against his home.

There will be NO donation buttons, chipins, or hats passed around, this is a SALE. We are not asking for something for nothing or a bail out.

This is a rare chance to purchase limited editions, memorabilia and personal effects.

Approximately 30% of the proceeds will be reinvested into creating new merch and production of a behind-the-scenes lawsuit relief DVD.

Much of the remaining studio grip gear/Lighting/Stands/Misc parts will be liquidated as well as shoes, boots, clothing, accessories from the legendary LP stash.

Once it’s gone it’s gone - first come/first serve, no lay-aways.

This is the start of an exciting new beginning, we are not seeking your sympathy... we are just offering an opportunity for friends and fans to acquire rare memorabilia and merch while supporting his continued work and road to financial recovery.
